My mission is to create spaces that surface visceral remembering and integration of stories that don’t follow a linear narrative. I am dedicated to finding and sharing resources to aide in the transformation and alchemy of experiences unchosen into creative potential.

I am inspired to make work that connects us with our humanity and interconnectedness with the environment. I believe in investing in opportunities and resources for more meaningful exchange . Just as one may diversify their leadership team or investments, diversifying one’s ability to listen and communicate are essential foundations for genuine and generative exchange. I ask, how can the body be in its most available state to receive, integrate, and transform information? It is from this place I believe we can access innovative thought and practice. With this, we will be more able to consider the experiences of histories less visible and more prepared to listen to different forms of communication. I believe we must learn to value the body’s experience and multidimensional expressions as an integral part of the conversation.
